This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use the FindingLeads websites, dashboard, Pro Sites, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy and to our Terms & Conditions.

Information we collect

• Account information you give us: name, business name, email, and phone number.
• Business information used to build your Pro Site and route leads: trade, service area, and license details you provide.
• Lead and message content exchanged through the platform, including calls, texts, and form submissions.
• Payment information: subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing details (such as plan, status, and the last four digits of your card); we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and device data that helps keep the product working: device and browser type, pages visited, and events such as a lead being opened.
• Cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, security, and analytics (see “Cookies and analytics” below).

How we use it

We use information to run the Service: deliver leads to you, send the notifications you signed up for (email and, if you opt in, SMS), build and host your Pro Site, process payments, measure what is working, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are used only to send you the messages described in the SMS program section of our Terms & Conditions, through our messaging providers acting on our behalf. How we share information

We share information only:

• with service providers that operate the platform for us (hosting, email and SMS delivery, analytics, and payments), under agreements that limit their use of it to providing those services;
• when a homeowner and a professional are connected through a lead, in which case each sees the details needed to do the job;
• when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of FindingLeads, our users, or the public; and
• in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect your information under this Policy.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, secure the Service, and understand how the product is used. We use analytics tools to measure traffic and performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Service works.

Data retention

We keep account and business data while your account is active and afterward as needed for legal, tax, accounting, and legitimate business purposes. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, opt out of marketing email (via the unsubscribe link), and opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Children’s privacy

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
