What we collect

Account information you give us (name, business name, email, phone), information about your business used to build your Pro Site and route leads (trade, service area, license details you provide), lead and message content exchanged through the platform, and usage data that helps us keep the product working (device, pages visited, events like a lead being opened).

How we use it

To run the service: deliver leads to you, send the notifications you signed up for (email and, if you opt in, SMS), build and host your Pro Site, measure what is working, prevent abuse, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS opt in consent are used only to send you the messages described in our SMS Terms, through our messaging providers acting on our behalf. Text HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that operate the platform for us (hosting, email and SMS delivery, analytics, payments), when a homeowner and a professional are connected through a lead (each sees the details needed to do the job), and when the law requires it.

Retention and your choices

We keep account data while your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You can request access to or deletion of your data, or ask questions about this policy, at hello@findingleads.com.
