Business directories available on ebay are the cheapest way to get business leads. When shopping for lists, look for ones that provide the data in a "csv" format so you can use it in just about any software that deals with large lists, such as Microsoft Excel.

Some lists provide only the name, address and phone number of the business. More comprehensive lists provide the SIC Code and contains Credit Rating, Number of Employees, Size of Business, and Other Important Data. Make sure you read the details of each list before purchasing. Also, the list will most likely come on a dvd through the mail, since they are too large to download or attach to an email.
